Returns and cancellations

You may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. Email contact@fixgarten.com with your name, order number and the items concerned. Send the items back within 14 days after notifying us.

Return shipping

If you change your mind, you pay the direct return shipping and packaging costs. For large or heavy equipment, contact us before arranging transport so we can coordinate receipt. Use a suitable carrier and keep proof of shipment.

Condition of returned goods

Pack the product securely with its supplied accessories. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may be deducted.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Premium delivery upgrades are not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For cash-on-delivery purchases, we will agree a refund method with you.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and details. Change-of-mind return charges do not apply to defective or incorrectly supplied items; we cover the necessary return costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
