Delivery destinations
FIXGARTEN is preparing delivery to Germany, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Austria, Croatia, Belgium, the Netherlands and Greece. Ordering opens only for destinations with an available delivery service.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery within Romania is free. For other destinations, available services and any delivery charge will be shown before you confirm your order.
Processing and delivery times
Our standard delivery schedule is 1–2 working days for order processing followed by an estimated 2–3 working days in transit: approximately 3–5 working days in total. This estimate applies to standard deliveries in Romania. Delivery estimates for other destinations will be shown with the available service before ordering.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend orders are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, peak demand, weather or an incomplete address.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier when your order arrives, in the currency and for the total shown in your order confirmation. Please provide a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address.
Tracking and delivery enquiries
Tracking details are provided once the shipment has been handed to the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or your address needs correcting, email contact@fixgarten.com with your order number.
Large or heavy equipment
Generators and other large or heavy items may require freight transport, an appointment or suitable vehicle access. Contact us before ordering to confirm the delivery arrangements and any applicable cost.
